TERMS OF SERVICE

Copyright

• Artwork is for personal use only. It is prohibited to edit, claim, or make profits off of the artwork.

• If you wish to buy Commercial rights to this art piece, we can discuss a price, but normally it’ll be 3x the original amount.

• I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio and for self-promotion.

• Artwork can be uploaded anywhere with proper credit given.

Payment

• Full payment is due at the time in order for me to begin the commission.

• No refunds after payment is made.

• Prices are USD.

• Payment is to be made through Paypal, Fees will apply to your order. (Approx 3% of the total price)

• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

How to Order

• Contact me to discuss the details of your art piece.

• Please state the type of commission you are seeking, a clear reference photo(s) for your artwork, Description/reference of specific pose, expressions and concept design.

• I do not begin any piece without full payment as well as references or descriptions to avoid revisions which will cost more on the buyer’s end.

Revisions (Illustrations & Graphics)

• You will be given a total of 2 updates during the process.

• 1-2 major revisions allowed during the beginning process, 3 minor revisions during the later process.

• If at any point during the end phase you want a major revision done, it will be declined unless willing to pay for the entire piece to be done over.

Revisions (3D Models)

• You will be given a total of 3 updates.

• Major revisions not allowed after you've "Okay'd" the model in the beginning stages.

• If at any point during the linework/color phase you want a major revision done, it will be declined unless willing to pay for the entire piece to be done over.

Delivery

• The artwork is finalized at this point and no revisions are allowed.

• Commission will be finished within 2-4 weeks, depending on the number of commissions I have at the time and slot order.

• Full resolution will be sent through email.

Graphic Design

"Can you also do an illustration to my piece?"

For an additional cost, I can also draw something for you for your graphic, but pricing varies depending on what it is.

"What if I want another character in my artwork?"

Additional characters will be 2x the original cost.

"What about Commercial cost?"

Only Live2D Models has commercial use added to their price.
It'll be approximately 3x the price if you want commercial use for your illustration.

"What if my Live2D Rigging artist needs changes?"

This service comes with my editing/fixing support the rigger needs, until the model is done being rigged by another artist.

3D Models

"Can I have the .OBJ file?"

Yes, feel free to ask me for it and I will give it to you!

"What if my Rigging artist needs changes?"

This service comes with my editing/fixing support the rigger needs, until the model is done being rigged by another artist.

General

"When Can I Expect My Artwork To Be Finished?"

That depends on a variety of things, but no more than a few weeks. Feel free to message me for updates regarding your piece!
